Knolly's first carbon fiber frame is far from being just another carbon bike. The Warden aims to put the mountain back in mountain biking. This light weight carbon frame has nimble geometry that will get you up the hill, and keep you feeling confident riding the steepest lines back down. A slack head tube angle and low bottom bracket keep your center of gravity low, and put your body weight in a position of ultimate control. With the new Warden Carbon, Knolly strays from their classic aluminum frame construction, creating something entirely unique in the process. Knolly employed EPS foam mandrels to make a light carbon fiber frame, sacrificing no intengrity in the process. This 27.5'' enduro setup utilizes Knolly's Fourby4 linkage to create 155mm of plush travel. The suspension links rotate on high quality cartridge bearings. Beefy 12 x 142 rear dropouts keep this bike stable in rocky descents, while still boasting a nimble 6.25lb total weight. There are two rear shock positions to cater to your riding style. Fully internal cable routing is run with the new custom modular door system to keep the frame looking sleek. The frame can easily accommodate a Shimano di2 kit, or side pull front derailleur. Run a chain guide, single ring, or dual ring drive train, and a threaded BB for solid creak-free rides. The Warden Carbon is light enough for any climb, but still has Knolly's unique 'bottomless' feel in the sketchiest of spots.
